I replaced the tuna with salmon in this fresh spring salad.
Kewpie (pronounced QP in English) is a Japanese mayonnaise that has existed since 1925. Be careful, MSG (Monosodium glutamate - flavor enhancer) is added. It is a creamy, full mayonnaise made with rice vinegar instead of alcohol vinegar. It has a very high umami content and fits well with stronger sauces such as Sriracha.
