I replaced the tuna with salmon in this fresh spring salad.
Baby bananas are small bananas from 6 to 8 inches long. Baby bananas are yellow in color and sweet in taste. The peel of the baby banana is thinner than that of the larger variety and is easy to peel lengthwise. I find them slightly softer and the texture is also smoother.
