Natural Tenderiser

This product is sprinkled on the meat, making it more tender. There is papain in the papaya plant, a natural enzyme that breaks down connective tissue (muscles). You can also use kiwi meat to tenderise pork chops etc. I have other ways ... but I can't tell you here. Check my premium recipes.
