I replaced the tuna with salmon in this fresh spring salad.
This sweet savory sauce comes from Cantonese cuisine. It is made from soybeans, rice vinegar, garlic, red peppers, sugar, salt and water. I use them not only in marinades for meat, but also as dipping sauce for dim-sum, etc. Note: there are many different brands and you will see that there is a lot of difference in the flavors. Especially the addition of too much sugar means that some sauces are not really usable.
