I replaced the tuna with salmon in this fresh spring salad.
A wonderful product, but don't buy the standard cheap version in-store. They sometimes sell the right kind - old - in supermarkets. They don't come cheap but if you send about 15€ for a 30ml bottle, you'll have so much more then a vinegar. It becomes a bit sirupy, the acidity is still there but there's more flavour in it. You can even taste wood from the barrel it was ripened in.
